Exam Procedure

How to use the exam portal

    Open the portal and choose your class

    On the home page, scroll to “Select your class” and tap the class you are studying in (Class V to XII).

    Choose the exam language

    Select English or മലയാളം. You can switch language at any time during the exam using the 🌐 button above each question.

    Fill in Student Details

    Enter your full name, roll number and phone number (for example +966xxxxxxxx or +91xxxxxxxxxx).

    Fill in Sunday School Details

    Enter your Sunday School name, the Sunday School code given by your HM, and select your diocese from the list. If the code is wrong, a message will ask you to contact your HM.

    Start the exam

    The Start Exam button becomes active only after every field is filled. Tap it, then tap “I am Ready · Start Exam” on the confirmation box. The timer starts immediately.

    Answer the questions

    • Questions appear one at a time. Tap the option you think is correct.
    • Your answer is locked once tapped — a correct answer turns green; a wrong answer turns red and the correct one is shown in green.
    • Tap “Next Question” to continue. On the last question the button changes to “Finish Exam”.

    Watch the timer

    • Classes V–IX: 25 questions in 25 minutes. Classes X–XII: 30 questions in 30 minutes.
    • The timer turns orange when 5 minutes are left and red when 2 minutes are left.
    • When time runs out, the exam is submitted automatically.

    See your result

    • Your score, percentage and time taken are shown. 50% or above is PASS; below 50% shows TRY AGAIN.
    • “Show Answer Review” lists every question with your answer and the correct answer.
    • “Share Result” sends your result through WhatsApp or other apps (or copies it). “Take Exam Again” starts a new exam with a fresh set of questions.
Remember

Before and during the exam

✅ Do

  • Study your lessons well before starting.
  • Keep your Sunday School name and code ready.
  • Use a stable internet connection and a charged phone.
  • Read every question and all four options carefully.

⚠️ Don't

  • Don't refresh, close or go back while the exam is running.
  • Don't tap “Abort Exam” unless you want to stop — all answers and score will be lost.
  • Don't tap an option in a hurry — answers cannot be changed.
Help

Common problems

The Start Exam button is grey and won't work

Every field must be filled: name, roll number, phone, Sunday School name, Sunday School code and diocese. Check that none are empty.

It says “Wrong Sunday School Code”

Check the code for typing mistakes or extra characters. If it still fails, please contact your Sunday School HM for the correct code.

The page closed or refreshed during my exam

That attempt cannot be continued. Open your class again and start a new exam — you will get a fresh set of questions.

Can I take the exam more than once?

Yes. This is a practice exam — tap “Take Exam Again” after your result, and a new random set of questions is chosen each time.
